the properties have been deprecated because the new Gradle plugins guidelines see https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/lazy_configuration.html#lazy_configuration_faqs , but this should not mean that the enhancement should not work.

By the way to avoid the deprecation I think you should use

		enableDirtyTracking.set(true)
	}
}
