I'm confused by what you say. To remind, this is the description I gave it on the mailing list, before Emmanuel joined the conversation:

The "feature pack" is something for the WildFly build to consume; one
can experiment with it already using the WF9 codebase but there won't
be any benefit to end users until WF10.
