Bato-Bair Tsyrenov Pull request should be closed only when the fix it's been released. The person doing the release will take care of it.
An issue is resolved when the patch has been integrated in the main repository.

The only thing that you should change after you have sent a PR is "Link to pull request", where you should add the link to the PR you have sent. After that, it's the reviewer that will take care of the issue. This will tell others that the a solution is available but it's not been integrated yet.
