I think we could mention grid dialect as a concept in the docs (not GridDialect the SPI contract). We also have a (currently undocumented) setting on OgmProperties for configuring the dialect.

Question though is whether we should rename "grid dialect" into "NoSQL dialect" at some point, as OGM is not only about data grids any longer. Probably something for 5.0?
