I realize that you might not anticipate such invocation and understand your curiosity. My example is too straightforward, I admit.
However the constructor is public so it's supposed to be called by the users. Thus, there are two ways: it shouldn't have been public before or it should present in the future releases.
Perhaps I'm pedantic but compatibility requires to be thorough.
