The changes unfortunately break at another place. When you have more than one mapped superclass in the inheritance chain you get:

If I swap both super classes' names I get another error:

 
                                                                Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: eu.pinske.model.SomeMappedSuperclass.$$_hibernate_read_parentValue()Ljava/lang/String;
	at eu.pinske.model.SomeEntity.$$_hibernate_write_parentValue(SomeEntity.java)

I uploaded two more test cases, one for each of the above errors.
