Hello Arul Pragasam, this looks very closely related to the other issue you reported a couple weeks ago: https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-16849, which I already have a PR for.

I’ve ran a quick test and looks like the NPE is not currently solved by my patch, but I will add the test case and try to improve the solution to also include a fix for this issue.
