In order to solve the issue it is mandatory upgrade Hibernate Search version too: 5.10.CR1+. Because current version of Hibernate Search (5.10.0.Beta2) needs the SPI of Hiberante ORM 5.3.0.CR2+. Moreover it is not possible split the task of updating Search version in a different issue, because from Hibernate Search 5.10.CR1 it do not provide anymore the temporary feature pack redistribution of Hibernate ORM, provided by Hibernate ORM itself from 5.3.0.CR2.
