Sorry but you close this bug because it is link to HHH-9436. But it is not the same :

1 - Avoid Foreign Key constraint generation has much more consequences than only affect name to it. In my case the association Table in pointing on a table wich has no primary key, so the foreign key generation is leading to an exception. In this point of view this bug is not MINOR but MAJOR

2 - Actually there's NO ALTERNATIVE !!! (Instead of the other one)

So there's 2 possibilities : Let this bug appart, or pass the other one to MAJOR
