I am convinced that this is not fixed.

Commit 8d86770 is just a refactoring (moved the call to generateQuerySpecification()) and the unit test of commit 6ec4851 uses "setParameter(...)" instead of "setParameterList(...)" to set the List-parameter, which seems strange.
