Peter Butkovic I'm confused as to why both artifactory and bintray are used for non-SNAPSHOT releases. Is that to publish both SNAPSHOT and non-SNAPSHOT to OJO?

I apologize that I keep asking you questions. I really appreciate your help - I have yet to find this information in any complete and convenient source and so you really help.
