just pls check attached runner, it would print sql like:

 
                                                        delete 
    from
        PARENTS_CHILD 
    where
        PARENT_ID=? 
        and null=null 
        and ELEMENT_ID=? 
        and ELEMENT2_ID=?
binding parameter [1] as [BIGINT] - 1
binding parameter [2] as [INTEGER] - 0
binding parameter [3] as [BIGINT] - 1
binding parameter [4] as [BIGINT] - <null>
 
                                                

, and throw exception

org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: The column index is out of range
