Gail Badner & Strong Liu, decision to make:
Binder#bindEntityHierarchies uses LocalBindingContextExecutor to bind the UKs. Since LocalBindingContextExecutor only considers the current entity (with no other context), UK has nowhere to look for other tables (ie, @JoinTable, @CollectionTable, etc.).
Should we add an optional "Iterable<EntityHierarchy> allEntityHierarchies" to LocalBindingContextExecutor? Other binding actions may need it as well, I'd guess. Otherwise, maybe UK's should use LocalBindingContextExecutor at all?
