Thanks for letting us know that Victor Bucutea. Just to explain how we work: if an issue is being tracked already by a different JIRA, the duplicates can be closed as duplicate as redundant comments are not helping.
All comments and further work should happen on HHH-8788 , or if it was solved already in the past it is possible that we had a regression, in which case we'd normally open a new issue: we never reopen old ones as they track changes as they were merged in the project sources.

So it looks like you are having a regression to report: please open a new JIRA and let us know which versions you are using which are affected by this? We need to treat is as a new case.
