My bug report here was pretty precisely written, came with a test case and I put some real time in to investigate it properly.
But there was no reaction by anybody at all for 2.5 years.

I hope you understand, that my motivation to further report any bugs here is pretty low and I will thus not take the time to post a new test case for Hibernate 4.
