I don't like this notion that ClassLoaders registered with the Builder are simply ignored. If we are going to go this route, I think specifying both a ClassLoaderService and one or more ClassLoaders should be an error.
I am curious though. At the end of the day, what are you thinking this custom ClassLoaderService will end up doing besides querying ClassLoader(s)?
