I did this, and this was the reason why I informed in some comments below about this. The minimal version which is working is Postgres 11.
I managed all this stuff by downgrading the hibernate to 6.0.0 + using old hibernate dialect, but for sure we need to migrate the db from 9.6.6 to 13.
