This duplicates the discussion in HHH-8021. The consensus was that overriding the tables in nested embeddables was either extremely difficult or impossible in ORM 4. Further, we're currently full-swing in finishing up ORM 5. All .cfg and .mapping code is being replaced by a new setup where something like this will be feasible.
