Consider to create descriptor model lazily

Description:	Currently we create the descriptor model representation eagerly for each validated type in the constructor of `BeanMetaDataImpl`. I think we might do this lazily upon invocation of `getBeanDescriptor()` so the descriptor model gets only created if its really required (for constraint violations or metadata API).
