This is still happening in 4.2.2 final. As for a test case, what form does it need to be in? The case provided in the description will definitely trigger the bug, which also happens in native queries. Do test cases need to provide a full database SQL init script, or can one simply say "take a blank MYSql database, any version, define an entity manager against it, and run this native query"?
