I'm attaching a screenshot of what kind of questions the user needs to answer when importing in a (clean) Eclipse installation.

It's not a big pain point as one can just use the "I have no clue what it means but go ahead" strategy, but for example in my case I really don't want to install Tycho so I'm wondering:
can I work at all with this if I deny permission to install these plugins? Are they required?
