While examining SpatialFieldBridgeByHash, I noticed that the options spatialHashIndex and numericFieldsIndex are not exposed anywhere.

It looks as if SpatialFieldBridgeByHash was supposed to be configurable to deal with hash or range query.

I think we should simply remove these 2 options.

Thoughts?
