thanks for reporting the issue. Could you provide a simple test case like shown in this template (https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-test-case-templates/tree/main/validator ). We have tests around node names from value extractors and resulting paths in constraint violations, so I wonder what are you doing differently there.
