I don't think it's something we can solve. Maybe we can try sending a test to the FongoDB project.
Excluding the test for FongoDB and add note in the doucumentation seems a viable option to me.

Ok, so it boils down to, that currently we only have a way to skip a test based on GridDialectType (which is in itself actually a test helper class), but not per DatastoreProvider which might be what we need. Looks like this really is a test infrastructure task.
