The link is for PostgreSQL v10 with PostGIS 2.5 pre-installed, because that’s what we use in our CI infrastructure, but the point is that the image uses the latest bug fix version of v10. Conclusion is, with the latest PostgreSQL v10 it works perfectly fine and you probably just have an old version cached locally.
