Tested with SNAPSHOT on MySQL 5.6, PostgreSQL 8.4, and Oracle XE 10.2.0.1.0 all produce the error. I don't think it depends on the DMBS version, it's simply the wrong order of DDL CREATE statements. H2 is very forgiving about missing indexes, the others aren't. Are you seeing the CREATE statements in the same order and it passes on Oracle 11?
