I'm not seeing this fail using SQLServer2012Dialect and SQL Server 14.

I also tried deleting all tests in FooBarTest except testCollectionsInSelect() and testAutoFlush(). I am running this in Intellij and I see that testAutoFlush() runs first.

Please confirm if this is still a problem.in 4.2 branch.
