Description:	The {code}Boolean.parseBoolean{code} and {code}factory.getProperties(){code} could hopefully be avoided at runtime; also it looks like the configuration option affect all sessions. Could we cache the _specjLazyLoad_ boolean at the SessionFactory level? Especially the getProperty( .. ) is a performance bottleneck.
