Before reporting problems with Spring Data, you should always first attempt to reproduce the problem with only Hibernate, and no Spring.

So please close this issue, then attempt to reproduce your problem with no Spring, and, if you are able to do so, you’re very welcome to submit a new issue describing a problem with Hibernate, that does not make reference to Spring APIs.
