A "work-around" should be to disable boot validation of named queries.

And honestly, I'm not sure exactly how we'd support this given boot-time validation of these queries being enabled - the BeanManager might not be usable until after SessionFactory creation is complete, meaning we cannot really live up to the promise of validating those at boot.
