Yes, this is expected. The wrapped values are now extracted by value extractors and when we choose the one we apply, the semantics you use allows us to narrow down the value extractors we will consider.

Thus, if you clearly define the semantics of your container as being a Set, we only consider the Set-compatible value extractors.
