What is the current status of this issue and https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-orm/pull/6406 ?

We would like to upgrade to Quarkus 3 / Hibernate 6.x, but we rely heavily on the refresh locking mechanic. We are technically in no rush to upgrade, however, for planning purposes a rough time estimate when this fix will land would be nice (next patch release / next minor release).
