Yes, the TODO was about the ORM tenant id. It was extracted from the TODO when I did the TODO cleanup.

I think it was here because it does not make sense to create a field for the tenant id if you're not in a multi-tenant configuration.

I don't think it's worth introducing a configuration knob for that but, as there was a TODO for it, I thought it was better to create an issue so that we could decide what to do.
