OK this could be a good compromise.
However it depends in fact what category of people is targeted for reading the messages.
We have basically these 2 options : 1) "doit être plus grand ou égal à" 2) "doit être supérieur ou égal à"
After some googling, I found that

numbers ordering (for small integers) begins at school in France for classes "CP / CE1" (young children aged 6-7)
At this moment they rather use the vocabulary from option 1), more simple
-
at the beginning of college (6e, children aged 11-12), they already use vocabulary from option 2)
As I think that the public aimed for Java EE applications UI are mostly adults, I will choose option 2), more adapted in my opinion.
