For now we'll need to throw the exception. The problem is that "follow-on" queries do not currently understand the initial LoadPlan (TwoPhaseLoad only understands maping defined fetching).

Ultimately the plan is to join fetch just one and fetch the others via another form of fetch (subselect, batch or select). There is already a Jira for that.
