As discussed in this thread there is no community release 7.1.2. "7.1.2" only serves as tag for an EAP version containing some bug fixes. The next community release will be 7.2.0.
Btw. I think we should centralize the AS version number in the HV parent POM (currently it's specified in tck-runner and integrationtest).
