Thanks a lot for the test case. I can reproduce the problem and it's exactly the exception we have here on our app. As I suspected it, the key part is the flush, which is only triggered in our app when we load a lot of objects, hence the fact that it was hardly reproducible.

I'll see if what I had in mind can fix it or not and report it.
