I wonder if https://github.com/jboss/jboss-transaction-api_spec/blob/master/pom.xml#L85 should use the excludeDependencies option mentioned on http://felix.apache.org/documentation/subprojects/apache-felix-maven-bundle-plugin-bnd.html to exclude the javax.interceptor dependency from being added to the generated MANIFEST.MF.
