No, not yet.

Turns out, WildFly master already uses Weld 2.2.0.SP1 (which brings in the changed behavior), and Scott Marlow is seeing failures in the EE TCK due to this.

I can have a look at it tomorrow. I assign the issue to me. In case you started yourself, just grab re-assign it.
