So it boils down to this.
Is your nervousness high enough to offset the user needing to read and learn about that option, understand what it means (when is Hibernate Search using this delete file thing) and spend 1/2 day trying to see how to tune this value?
Or can it wait actual field feedback before exposing the ability to configure the pool size?
