Ok, I tried it with 5.2.10 as well, and no difference.

Since it works for you, I might assume that there is something that you did in your test, that I didn't do in mind. Could you share the testcase? (I would love to share my tests, but since there is an additional layer of Hibernate handling, I think it is simply too confusing to share)
