I'm not sure, my understanding was that we would have tried it.
He gave as a few resources about using it on WildFly (https://buschmais.github.io/extended-objects/2014/06/30/Integrating-Neo4j-2.0-And-JBoss-WildFly.html) and by using the driver we could have one dialect and connect to all the different Neo4j instances (I'm already executing most of the operation using Cypher anyway).
The problem I saw during the discussion was that we would deal with tuple instead of graph elements and we won't be able to perform some optimization (maybe), like (OGM-407)https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/OGM-407.
Anyway, at the moment the cypher language lacks some of the funcionality that we need so this issue is more about the possibility of using it. It might also be helpful to keep track of the discussion.
