I see that you do for MongoDB too. I faced to necessary to migrate Hibernate ogm module to new driver api (3.x).
In this way, your task ogm-1247 I will merge by hand.
I have a question. Can we synchronize our work?

My branch is https://github.com/schernolyas/hibernate-ogm/tree/OGM-786-MongoDB-GridFS-DEV1 . I am near to finish (need fix 4 tests).
