Yes, we're keeping an eye on it. The main issue is that it's very low level so we would have to reimplement a good part of Jest on top of it.

There is also https://github.com/otto-de/flummi but it does not support load balancing and targets very specific versions while we would like a client compatible with most versions. It probably works with other versions too but it looks like it's not a priority for them.
