I'd only make the annotation type (e.g. @CPF) more like a caption/title, and then supported types/use/meta-data impact in the way you have it there.

I'd put meta-data impact everywhere for the sake of consistency. We don't need to save space vertically as one can always scroll, only horizontally it's an issue as that gives trouble in the PDF, when printing etc.
