No, not yet. In ValidatorImpl#validateReturnValueForGroup() and validateParametersForGroup() there are still related TODO markers.
I think the only place where this really works, is normal bean validation. Ideally the issue would be solved in the course of implementing HV-677, the unification of the different validation routines. Then we could apply the algorithm from normal bean validation also to the other cases. I'm not sure though whether we'll be able to this till in the given time.
