Following HSEARCH-2046 Closed , not only @IndexedEmbedded.prefix gets ignored for the @ElementCollection field ( HSEARCH-2408 Open ), but its parent prefixes (from containing @IndexedEmbeddeds) are also ignored.
This is definitely an unwanted side-effect.
