Hi. I'm late, but started before Bogdan and wanted to finish this test in order to have some experience with gradle (I usually use Netbeans with "native" maven)
I've taken 4.3.8 and reverted it up to commit 4ea068f..
I tested submitted test (ejb3test.zip) with "clean" 4.3.8 libraries and with "reverted" in the GlassFish4 lib directory. All as expected. With "reverded" libs an error goes away.
