I'm working with Scott Marlow to investigate the TCK, we'll certainly let you know what we find; then we can discuss next steps.

(Assuming the TCK will fail, I think it's quite dodgy for the TCK to verify things which the specification document just doesn't specify. So if that happens I think we might have good grounds to challenge this.. but let's see)
