We should allow Infinispan to self-register our custom Externalizers when it's booting, to allow people to self-boot an Infinispan CacheManager and register it into JNDI for later consumption via Hibernate OGM.

Today we only register the Externalizers when starting the cachemanager from the OGM dialect.
